Volunteer opportunities:

VITA (Volunteer Income Tax Assistance) Program—volunteers will be required to participate in a three day training program on how to complete state and federal tax forms and will be tested at the end of the training sessions. Tax forms will be completed on line and will be limited to relatively simple tax filings.

Berks County United Way Help Link Program—volunteers needed to assist individuals in determining eligibility for assistance programs. Volunteers will be trained to use an online Benefits Program and must be comfortable with the computer and enjoy working with the public.
If you enjoy working with people and are looking for a meaningful volunteer opportunity, please contact Dana Eichert at 610-367-6957 for additional information.

Meals on Wheels - Volunteers are always needed. Individuals who can serve for approximately one and a half-hours, one or two days per month and are willing to drive or assist the driver in delivery should call Multi-Service at (610) 367-6957.
