Over 60 Case Management

Learn about our other services >>
Picture
Multi-Service has an Over 60 Case Management program designed specifically for individuals Over 60 years of age.

Our Over 60 Case Manager is knowledgeable about the concerns and problems affecting this generation. Many times, we are able to meet their needs in-house, but when we can't, our Over 60 Case Manager makes referrals to other agencies and advocates for them.

Whether speaking to a group on topics of interest to them or helping individuals choose a Medicare Part B supplement, our Over 60 Case Manager is a valuable resource.

Our Over 60 Case Manager can assist households who qualify for Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP). This is an income-eligible program that begins in November of each year to assist households with utility bills (electric or natural gas), or fuel bills (oil, coal, kerosene, wood, propane or bottled gas). If eligible, funds will be sent directly to the utility/fuel dealer.
