Multi-Service has an Over 60 Case Management program designed specifically for individuals Over 60 years of age.
Our Over 60 Case Manager is knowledgeable about the concerns and problems affecting this generation. Many times, we are able to meet their needs in-house, but when we can't, our Over 60 Case Manager makes referrals to other agencies and advocates for them.
Whether speaking to a group on topics of interest to them or helping individuals choose a Medicare Part B supplement, our Over 60 Case Manager is a valuable resource.
Our Over 60 Case Manager can assist households who qualify for Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP). This is an income-eligible program that begins in November of each year to assist households with utility bills (electric or natural gas), or fuel bills (oil, coal, kerosene, wood, propane or bottled gas). If eligible, funds will be sent directly to the utility/fuel dealer.

Multi-Service is hosting a panel discussion presented by TriCounty Community Network.
Panelists will provide information on adult day services, medical and non-medical home care, skilled nursing, personal care, continuing care retirement communities and paying for services. There will be time after the program to meet with individual presenters.

Farmers’ Market Checks will be available starting Thursday June 1, 2017
for Berks and Montgomery County seniors age 60 and older who meet the income eligibility guidelines.

Any checks remaining after June 30, 2017 will be distributed by appointment until they are gone. Seniors can also call their county Area Agency on Aging to find other distribution sites.
