Our Case Manager can assist your household with navigating life’s challenges while staying goal oriented. Referrals to other assistance programs if needed. We provide seasonal assistance including birthday bags, Easter baskets, back to school supplies, Christmas assistance & our distribution of warm winter clothing items in December. We also offer a Job Program/Workforce Development Program to assist individuals with resume building, applying to jobs and interviewing skills.

Our Case Manager can assist with LIHEAP (Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program) applications & refer as needed for other assistance programs. This is an income eligible program that begins in November of each year to households with utility bills for heating. If eligible, funds will be sent directly to the utility supplier.
